All-New Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback Confirmed for Australia

Audi Australia has confirmed pricing and full local specification for the all-new, next-generation Audi Q3 SUV and Q3 Sportback, marking a major evolution for one of the brand’s most important and best-selling nameplates.

Set to arrive in Australian showrooms in Q2 2026, the new Q3 range brings a broader line-up, substantially increased standard specification and a renewed focus on everyday usability — positioning it squarely at the heart of Audi’s local portfolio.

Both SUV and Sportback body styles will be available from launch, offering buyers the choice between outright versatility or a more expressive, coupé-inspired design.

A Cornerstone Reimagined

As one of Audi’s highest-volume models in Australia, the Q3 has long been a cornerstone of the brand’s success. This all-new generation builds on that foundation with more presence, more technology and greater owner value across the board.

Audi Australia Director Jeff Mannering said the new Q3 represents a significant step forward for the brand locally.

“The Audi Q3 is one of the most important vehicles in our Australian portfolio,” Mannering said.
“This all-new generation has been redesigned from the ground up to deliver more presence, more technology and more value, while remaining true to the qualities that have made Q3 such a success.”

Sharper Design, Premium Details

Visually, the new Q3 adopts a more mature and muscular stance, with a confident front design defined by advanced lighting technology and pronounced wheel-arch blisters that reference Audi’s quattro heritage.

At the rear, a full-width light strip and illuminated Audi rings — a first for any Audi model launched in Australia — enhance width and visual presence. The Q3 Sportback introduces a sweeping roofline and cleaner silhouette for a more dynamic profile.

Inside, the cabin takes a major step forward. Horizontal design lines, premium materials and a new steering column-mounted gear selector free up space in the centre console, creating a more open and refined interior environment.

Pricing and Line-Up

Pricing for the all-new Q3 range starts from $61,600* for the Q3 SUV TFSI 110 kW, extending to $84,400* for the flagship Q3 Sportback TFSI quattro 195 kW.

To mark the model’s arrival, Launch Edition variants will be offered across 110 kW and 150 kW models, bundling additional sporty enhancements and strong value at launch.

Digital-First Interior and Segment-Leading Safety

The new Q3 debuts Audi’s latest-generation MMI system, inspired by the brand’s newest PPE and PPC platform vehicles.

A curved digital stage integrates:

  • 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit plus

  • 12.8-inch central MMI touchscreen

Together, they create a seamless, high-resolution digital environment with improved usability and visual clarity.

Every all-new Q3 features Audi’s most comprehensive safety and driver assistance package ever offered in this segment, including:

  • Adaptive cruise assist with active lane assist

  • Active front assist

  • Speed sign recognition

  • 360-degree cameras

  • Latest Park Assist Plus

The Q3 is also the first Audi to introduce advanced parking functionality as standard, including:

  • Reversing Assist, capable of retracing up to 50 metres of the vehicle’s previous path

  • Trained Parking, allowing drivers to record and store customised parking manoeuvres

High-resolution Digital Matrix LED headlights are available for the first time on Q3, using 25,600 micro-LEDs to deliver precise light distribution, lane guidance and warning projections — technology previously reserved for flagship models such as the A8 and Q8 e-tron.
