Land Rover Defender 110 Trophy Edition Revealed

Defender is calling on individuals with an unstoppable spirit of adventure to take part in a one-of-a-kind global challenge. Inspired by historic Trophy and Challenge events, the Defender Trophy is a bold, modern expedition that spans three demanding rounds of training and competition — all culminating in a once-in-a-lifetime mission with global conservation partner Tusk in Africa, set for 2026.

This new initiative honours Defender’s legacy as the vehicle of choice for explorers and expedition leaders for decades, now inviting entries from over 50 countries worldwide. National selection rounds will begin this winter, with finalists progressing to regional competitions next autumn before heading to the global stage.

“This unique global adventure challenge will bring nations together,” said Mark Cameron, Managing Director, Defender. “Competitors will navigate tough terrain, conquer extreme physical challenges, and solve tactical tests — all united by a greater purpose. If you embrace the impossible and share our unstoppable spirit of adventure, this is the challenge for you.”

Epic Adventure. Greater Purpose.

Participants won’t just be chasing glory — they’ll be contributing to global conservation efforts. In partnership with Tusk, Defender’s long-standing conservation ally, the Trophy will leave a lasting impact on the people and places it touches.

Winners will earn a spot on a real-world expedition in Africa, combining off-road grit with meaningful community engagement. The spirit of exploration meets social responsibility in the ultimate test of endurance, skill, and purpose.
